Description
FIELD OF THE INVENTION The invention relates to a clock striking mechanism comprising a mechanism for controlling at least one hammer, which comprises a first striking zone, which is arranged to strike in a first direction of travel. a first component resonant at a first striking surface, when the at least one hammer moves from a recoil position to a position of first percussion.
The invention also relates to a timepiece mechanism comprising such a striking mechanism.
The invention also relates to a timepiece, in particular a watch, comprising such a clockwork mechanism, and / or such a striking mechanism.
The invention relates to the field of clockwork mechanisms with sound emission, such as ringing, alarm or alarm mechanisms, music boxes, and the like.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION Clock striking mechanisms or alarm clocks generally comprise a hammer which strikes a stamp or the like.
The rebound of the hammer on the gong can produce parasitic noise, in particular if the hammer strikes a fixed element, such as a plate, during its return stroke. As a result, the sound of the ring or alarm is neither elegant nor controlled.
The document FR 326 530 A in the name of STANGE describes a music escapement for an alarm clock, where this escapement does not occur until after the alarm ring, and is obtained by means of a cam disc, which is fixed on the mounting axis of the alarm clock and actuates in its last rotation back a lever, which itself acts on an escape lever controlling the music mechanism.
Document FR 349 486 A in the name of HALLER describes a table or alarm clock ringing comprising an oscillating bell device provided beyond its axis of oscillation with a rod which engages in the groove winding of a control wheel whose rotation determines the swinging of the bell.
Document FR 380 459 A in the name of HAMBURG AMERIKANISCHE UHRENFABRIK describes the application to an alarm clock of one or more acoustic exciters which consist of acoustic horns with membranes and are struck by means of one or more hammers. One of the types of this new timbre is with a single acoustic exciter, so that the acoustic horn is turned forward and the plane of oscillation of the hammer is perpendicular on the membrane and then the setting in motion of the hammer has place from the axis of the alarm clock anchor, by means of a hook which enters a loop fixed on the hammer shaft. Another type of this timbre is with several acoustic exciters, so that the membranes of two pairs of exciters are placed opposite the front surfaces of a hammer to obtain a rapid series of sounds.
Summary of the invention The invention proposes to suppress unwanted noise linked to a rebound of the hammer, by replacing the single percussion by a double percussion, performed on a single timbre or else on two timbres, which can be tuned, optionally, on the same frequency, or on different frequencies.
To this end, the invention relates to a striking mechanism according to claim 1.
The invention also relates to a timepiece mechanism comprising such a striking mechanism, according to claim 20.
The invention also relates to a timepiece, in particular a watch, comprising such a clockwork mechanism, and / or such a striking mechanism.

fig. 2 shows, in perspective, a detail of the mechanism of FIG. 1;
fig. 3 shows, similarly to FIG. 1, a striking mechanism according to a second alternative of the invention;
CH 714 753 A2 fig. 4 shows, similarly to FIG. 1, a striking mechanism according to a third alternative of the invention;
fig. 5 is a block diagram representing a timepiece, in particular a watch, comprising a timepiece mechanism comprising such a striking mechanism, controlled by a timepiece movement and / or an actuator arranged to be operated by a user.
Detailed description of the preferred embodiments To avoid the harmful effects of the rebound of a hammer on a stamp, a first alternative consists in forming a hammer which strikes the stamp in both directions of movement. Such a hammer in question can for example step over the stamp. In a first counterclockwise direction, the hammer strikes the timbre as in a conventional construction, by a first striking zone of this hammer. In a second direction contrary to the first direction, the hammer also strikes the same stamp, but by a second striking zone of this hammer, different from the first striking zone and which is opposite to it.
A second alternative consists in placing another element of the main timbre, for example a second branch, so that a percussion is carried out in the two directions of rotation of the hammer.
A second variant consists in placing two ringing stamps on either side of the hammer. Each stamp is operated by a different direction of the hammer. This solution is advantageous if one wishes to generate two different sounds, when the two timbres are chosen acoustically distinct.
Thus, the invention relates to a striking mechanism 100 for timepieces comprising a control mechanism for at least one hammer 1.
By "ringing mechanism" is meant, broadly speaking, any clock mechanism allowing a sound emission: ringing, alarm, alarm, music box, or other mechanism.
This at least one hammer 1 has a first striking zone 2, which is arranged to strike in a first direction of travel a first resonant component 3 at a first striking surface 30 thereof, when the at least one hammer 1 moves from a retreating position to a position of first percussion.
This at least one hammer 1 comprises, opposite the first striking zone 2, a second striking zone 5 which is arranged to strike, in a second direction of travel opposite to the first direction of travel, during a retreat of the at least one hammer 1 from the position of first percussion towards the recoil position, a second striking surface 40 which comprises, either the first resonant component 3 in a first variant, or else a second resonant component 4 distinct from the first component resonant 3 in a second variant.
The first resonant component 3 or the second resonant component 4 is illustrated without limitation in the figures in the usual form of a stamp. It can also consist of a gong, a bell, a keyboard, or the like. More particularly, this first resonant component 3, and / or this second resonant component 4, is a stamp or a gong or a bell or a keyboard, fixed in cantilever to a fixed structure 8, which comprises the striking mechanism 100, at the level of a first recess, respectively of a second recess.
More particularly, the control mechanism comprises a control mobile 10, which is arranged to directly or indirectly control the movement of the at least one hammer 1.
In a first variant, the first resonant component 3 comprises the second striking surface 40.
In a first embodiment of this first variant, this second striking surface 40 is in the immediate vicinity of the first striking surface 30, from which it is separated by the thickness of the first resonant component 3, as visible in FIGS . 1 to 3.
In a second embodiment of this first variant, the distance between the first recess and the second striking surface 40 is different from the distance between this same first recess and the first striking surface 30.
According to the first alternative, as visible in Figs. 1 and 2, the hammer 1 comprises a first fork 6, which is arranged to span the first resonant component 3, and which comprises, on either side of the first resonant component 3, the first striking zone 2 and the second zone 5.
In the embodiment of the invention, the hammer 1 comprises a substantially annular element arranged to surround the first resonant component 3 and which comprises, on either side of the first resonant component 3, the first striking zone 2 and the second striking zone 5.
According to the second alternative, the first resonant component 3 comprises a second fork 60, which is arranged to span a second end 7 of the hammer 1 which comprises the second striking zone 5 and which second fork 60 comprises, on both sides and d other of the second end 7, the first striking surface 30 and the second striking surface 40. More particularly, and as visible in FIG. 3, the hammer 1 forms a U, each branch of which has a striking zone.
CH 714 753 A2 According to the second variant, the striking mechanism 100 comprises a second resonant component 4, which comprises the second striking surface 40.
In a particular embodiment, the first recess and the second recess are combined.
In another particular embodiment, the first recess and the second recess are separate. In another particular embodiment, the distance between the second recess and the second striking surface 40 is different from the distance between the first recess and the first striking surface 30.
In yet another particular embodiment, the distance between the second recess and the second striking surface 40 is identical to the distance between the first recess and the first striking surface 30.
In a particular embodiment, the second resonant component 4 has a fundamental resonant frequency different from that of the first resonant component 3.
In yet another particular embodiment, the second resonant component 4 has a fundamental resonant frequency identical to that of the first resonant component 3.
More particularly, the control mobile 10 is arranged to control the movement of at least one anchor 11, which is itself arranged to control a movement of at least one hammer 1 from its retracted position to its position percussion. According to a particular characteristic, the control mobile 10 comprises a wheel 14, and this at least one anchor 11 comprises a plurality of nozzles 12, each arranged to cooperate with one of the teeth 13 that comprises the wheel 14. More particularly, this at least an anchor 11 has two spouts 12 alternately engaged with the wheel 14.
In a particular embodiment, at least one anchor 11 is secured at least in pivoting with at least one hammer 1, to pivot relative to a fixed structure 8, such as plate, bridge, or the like. More particularly still, the at least one anchor 11 is integral with at least one hammer 1.
